Brand Operations Specialist

  • Department: Group Marketing
  • Reports To: Brand Operations Lead
  • Location: Port Sudan (On-Site)

Role Purpose
To ensure effective day-to-day execution of branding and marketing activities by translating Business Unit needs into structured briefs, coordinating with Creative teams, internal departments, and external vendors, and driving the on-ground implementation of approved marketing plans and campaigns (ATL & BTL). The role ensures all activities are delivered smoothly, on time, in line with brand standards, and within approved marketing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage branding and marketing requests from Business Units, clarify objectives and scope, and convert them into complete and structured creative briefs.
  • Initiate and coordinate marketing and branding tasks with the Creative team and relevant departments, ensuring proper scheduling, follow-up, and smooth workflow.
  • Execute approved marketing plans and campaigns (ATL & BTL) across business units, ensuring on-ground implementation, coordination with vendors, and timely delivery of all marketing activities.
  • Follow up on production, revisions, approvals, logistics, and site readiness for activations, events, POS materials, branch branding, and media-related assets.
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables meet brand guidelines, approved briefs, and quality standards before final release.
  • Act as the main operational contact point for assigned Business Units, providing progress updates, managing expectations, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal marketing processes, documentation standards, and approval workflows.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed in line with the approved marketing plan and adhere to the assigned/approved marketing budgets.
  • Supervise the production process with external suppliers (printers, agencies, etc.) to ensure cost-efficiency and technical alignment with brand specs.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all creative briefs, final artworks, and vendor contracts for audit and future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good understanding of branding, ATL & BTL marketing materials
  • Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Problem-solving ability and strong follow-up discipline
  • Languages: Fluent Arabic and professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Experience & Background

    • 2–4 years in marketing coordination and brand operations.
    • Experience working with creative teams, vendors, and production processes is an
    • Exposure to on-ground marketing execution preferred.
